Competition Information

Here is how it works: 

• You join the challenge by paying the joining fee of R599 and then just check your email for all info..

But if you are unsure - This is what will happen

• Insert your email address when joining 

• You will receive a Gym Program and Diet 

• You will be sent a link to be added to the male or female WhatsApp accountability group

• You will upload your before photos to a provided link on your email  

• You will then use the provided information to transform within the 6 week time frame-  (you can also use your own methods ) 

• Your after photos will also be uploaded at the end of the challenge and you will vote in your group for the winner
